SOME NOTES ON THE HOCKEY FAMILIES OF YEOVIL

A number of Hockeys lived in Yeovil, and may well prove to be connected to the Montacute Hockeys or their earlier forbears.

Tim Hockey's ancestor G Hockey was presented with a Riot Jug for his services in the Yeomanry in the riot of 1831.
